1 General rules
Apply to all sellers and buyers.
1.1 Off-platform transactions
Rule Users must not move orders, payments, or customers acquired through Outranked outside the platform.
Penalty Permanent ban.
1.2 Account sharing
Rule Users must not share Outranked accounts with other people.
Penalty Permanent ban.
1.3 Harassment and threats
Rule Users must not repeatedly harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Penalty
First violation — Warning.
Second violation — 30-day suspension.
Third violation — Permanent ban.
1.4 Fraud
Rule Users must not intentionally deceive other users regarding services, payments, identities, or order status.
Penalty Permanent ban.
1.5 Ban evasion
Rule Users must not create or use additional accounts to bypass restrictions or bans.
Penalty Permanent ban of all related accounts.
2 Service seller rules
Apply to all service sellers.
2.1 Failure to comply with dispute resolutions
Rule Sellers must comply with dispute and refund decisions defined in Section 3.
Penalty
Seller suspension until compliance.
Continued refusal or disappearance — Permanent seller ban.
2.2 Service must match listing
Rule The delivered service must match the advertised and agreed service parameters.
Penalty Refund or compensation according to Section 3.
2.3 Account privacy
Rule Sellers must not disclose or share customer account information.
Penalty
First violation — 30-day suspension.
Second violation — Permanent seller ban.
2.4 Unauthorized third-party execution
Rule Sellers must not transfer customer accounts or orders to another person without customer approval.
Penalty
First violation — 30-day suspension.
Second violation — Permanent seller ban.
2.5 Prohibited methods
Rule Sellers must not use cheats, bots, scripts, or other prohibited methods.
Penalty Permanent seller ban.
3 Order resolution
Defines refunds and compensation for specific order outcomes.
3.1 Unauthorized account changes
Rule Sellers must not cause significant account changes not required for the purchased service.
Penalty Compensation according to the damage caused.
3.2 Negative result
Rule Sellers must not produce the opposite of the agreed result.
Examples:
- Rank decreased instead of increased.
- MMR decreased instead of increased.
Penalty Full refund.
3.3 Account ban caused by prohibited methods
Rule Sellers must not use cheats, bots, scripts, or other prohibited methods that result in an account ban.
Penalty Full refund and compensation.
3.4 Service not completed
Rule Sellers must complete the purchased service.
Penalty Refund proportional to the unfinished work.
3.5 Missed deadlines
Rule Sellers must respect timelines explicitly agreed with the customer or required by the purchased service.
Penalty Customer may cancel the order and receive a refund for unfinished work.
3.6 Account ban caused by boosting
Rule Account bans resulting solely from the use of boosting services are an accepted risk of the service.
Penalty No refund or compensation.
